Up-Coming Events

It appears that it will be a while before we will be able to meet face to face to enjoy one another's company, hear a presentation, grab a bite to eat and drink, and catch up. But fear not! The GBCRA Board of Directors has been working to put together a fall schedule of events and presentations. We can't do much about the food and drink, but we can provide you with ways to stay in touch with one another. Put these dates in your calendar now so you can join the fun!

Time for our Annual Silent Auction

Our Annual Silent Auction is ordinarily accompanied by a feast of cheeses, fruits, and crackers combined with a good hearty glass of wine.

In this extraordinary year, however, we have not been able to figure out how to give you wine and cheese, but we have recreated our auction on line.  All proceeds from this Auction go directly to the GBCRA Student Scholarship.

Last year's recipient, Ms Charmaine Flowers, is a single mom of 6 children.  She has spent her life working 2 jobs to provide all of her children with a post secondary education - now its her turn and because of your help, she is graduating in 2021 in Health Sciences.

There are 3 ways you can help:
1.  Make a monetary donation to the fund;
2. Make bid at the Silent Auction

Please go to our auction site at www.32auctions.com/gbcra

To make a monetary donation, email us by clicking here, tell us the amount you would like to donate, and we will add you as a sponsor for the auction.
Donations over $20 will receive a tax deduction
